Through recipes of our own & others, we have been inspired & taught.

Sometimes we change them just a touch to make them our own, but a good recipe is almost sacred.

 Cooking with only vegetables can be a little intimidating at times.

That’s why we wrote this. We wanted people to see that vegetables are worthy to be stand-alone meals, but also how easy it is to create a terrific side dish for the meat-eaters amongst us. We are extremely happy in

sharing these with you & we hope they will make mealtimes easier, nutritious, but most of all delicious.
