Palate Emporium was established in 2006 when I began dreaming of creating my own place in the world. In 2012, Hanna, my wife, joined the dream. From the very start, my goal was to make this a project that honours the Lord, my God. Life is a precious gift, so whether we are baking a cake, simmering a soup, or crafting a piece of art, we strive to do so with excellence, as an offering to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
This project represents over 20 years of hard work and the integration of various perspectives and approaches. It’s a general understanding that while 3+3 equals 6, so does 4+2.
As a creative couple, we believe that life is more than just the typical 9-to-5 routine. We want to make a difference in people's lives, and what better way to start than by providing a home-cooked meal or creating something beautiful for them to enjoy?
